I'm Mathias Dorr - a business person who happens to build websites. Based in Florida, I use AI tools to build faster and cheaper than agencies - and my CX background means every site actually converts. Every single project is built by me personally. No outsourcing, no subcontractors, no handoffs.
The honest story
The tools to build modern websites exist for anyone willing to learn. But knowing what to build and how to structure it so it actually works for your business - that is a completely different skill.
Most people who try end up with pretty pages that do not do anything. They look great in a screenshot but do not capture leads, do not convert visitors, and do not integrate with the tools the business actually runs on.
That is where my background matters. After 10+ years building websites and 10 years in CX operations and retention across DTC and ecommerce brands, I understand what makes websites work. Not just look good - but actually capture leads, segment audiences, qualify prospects, and drive conversions.
I genuinely love doing this work. Building something from a blank screen and watching it go live the same day never gets old. That energy shows up in every project.
